USA Court Live Stream Recorder Needed (Judge Fleischer) – Long Term Work
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I am looking for a reliable researcher + recorder who can set up and DAILY record USA court live hearings of a famous judge:
Judge Name: Judge David Fleischer
Court: Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 5 (Texas, USA)
These hearings are public livestreams.
My purpose is to record every case, organize footage, and later add my own commentary & edits for YouTube (Fair Use).
This is LONG-TERM WORK, not one-time.

• How to identify his courtroom daily
• Confirmation it is public access
Recording method
• Step-by-step process to join livestream
• Download option OR screen recording method
• Software used (PC preferred)
• Clear audio + video confirmation
Schedule clarity
• Court working days
• Start time & average end time (USA time)
• Approx daily duration
FIRST SAMPLE (MANDATORY)
• Record at least 1 real court session
• Minimum 20–30 minutes
• Clear audio & video
• Proper file name with date

ONGOING DAILY WORK (PER VIDEO PAYMENT)
After setup approval, you will:
• Record EVERY court session daily
• Do not miss any case
• Deliver full recordings
• Maintain proper file naming

• Simple timestamp notes of interesting moments
WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO
• No editing
• No YouTube uploading
• No commentary
• No thumbnails
ONLY RECORD & SEND FILES.
LEGAL & SAFETY
• Court hearings are public
• Content will be edited with commentary under Fair Use
• You are only responsible for recording
WHO SHOULD APPLY
