Customer Service Specialist
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
For an immediate start customer service position, we are looking for the best applicant. This person works to provide our clients with the greatest experience possible across a variety of platforms, including social media, email, and chat.
Duties and obligations consist of:
Delivering thorough, helpful, and quick customer service across a variety of consumer engagement channels
Improving and modernizing the way that customer support is delivered
Input of data
Additional tasks as assigned
The chosen applicant will meet the requirements listed below:
1 to 3 years of prior customer service experience (online preferred, but not required)
The capacity to conduct independent web research
Proficient writing and verbal communication abilities
Willingness to accept duties as they are given
Outstanding work ethic
