Creating a manager cheat sheet for how to lead perfectionists

Enclosed is a cheat sheet for a manger leading a perfectionist/insecure overarchiever.
The task is to enhance this document with empirically proven, practical, simple to apply tips that will change behaviour in the perfectionist – leading to lower stress, greater well-being, better performance, better self-leadership, and better relationship between worker and manager. (Obviously all tips will not achieve all those outcomes, they are rather a list of desired outcomes.)
The cheat sheet should help the manager to, at a glance, understand how to conduct 1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews, feedback etc. In essence, to lead and support the perfectionist more effectively.
The material added to this document should be based on CBT – and possibly other protocols – and research.
The tips, strategies, and approaches should be concise and easy to apply, yet effective. You need living and breathing experience from working with perfectionist overachievers.
While the added content should be concise, there is no particular space limit – we can edit down the best practices.
It is a definite plus if you are a psychologist or a psychotherapist with an understanding of perfectionists.
