Creating Visio Diagram from Research - 1 Day

I need a consultant to review research we provide and create a professional Visio diagram to match. We have four 'research statements', one page in length each, and technical in nature (i.e. datacentres and the economy). It is important the consultant understands the material, to be able to create the diagram to a professional standard. It is also expected the consultant can source or create visio shapes and designs that make the diagram look professional i.e. not just using basic shapes in visio (e.g. boxes). The final deliverables must be in PDF and Visio format.
