Create dataset of conflicts

I need a freelancer to help me create a dataset of conflicts that occurred around the world between 1945-2020. The data should include many variables like start and end dates, interventions, the actors and the type of intervention . It is important the dataset encompass all countries throughout the globe, not just local or regional events. The project should cover the past 75 years of global conflicts, requiring research and organization. I'm looking for an experienced freelancer that can accurately source and record the data in a timely fashion. Here is example how the data should look like
