Create a Participation Manual from Trainers Manual

I have a training manual for a business course that we teach in our organization. I need a participation manual, so I need someone who can take the trainer's manual and deletes all teacher's notes and leave spaces and blanks for the students to take their own notes. Finally, the check for an understanding section of the trainer's manual can be moved to review and then leave the questions but take away the blanks. Formating would need. to still look professional.
