EU Cosmetic Safety Assessment (CPSR) – Request for Qualified Assessor

Hello,
I am the founder of a cosmetic brand registered in France (SAS company), and I am currently looking for a qualified EU safety assessor to prepare Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
The products are intended for distribution on the French and EU market.
The initial products are:
1. Argan Oil – 100% pure INCI: Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil Intended use: Face and body Target group: Adults
2. Rose Water (Rosa Damascena distillate) Intended use: Facial toner
3. Traditional Moroccan Black Soap Intended use: Face and body cleanser
Before proceeding, I would appreciate confirmation of:
* Your academic qualifications (toxicology, pharmacy, medicine or related scientific degree as required under Article 10 of Regulation 1223/2009)
* Experience with EU cosmetic compliance
* Confirmation that the CPSR includes Part A and Part B
* Fixed price per product
* Estimated delivery timeline
Please also specify which documentation you require from my side (full formula with percentages, raw material specifications, microbiological data, etc.).
Due to current budget constraints, I would prefer to begin with the simplest product and then proceed with the others.
