Corporate Ethics Case Analysis

Job ID: 40316524

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a well-researched academic paper that critiques a company currently (or recently) in the news for questionable behaviour. The emphasis is squarely on Ethics: I’m open to virtually any kind of misconduct—financial, environmental, labour-related or otherwise—so long as it allows you to dive deep into white-collar crimes, ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility and any other relevant conceptual lenses we covered this semester.

Scope and timing
• By 29 March: deliver a concise brief – a paragraph-length summary of the company you’ve chosen plus a 5–10-point outline that maps how you’ll tackle the analysis.
• By 6 May: submit the final paper, fully referenced, demonstrating clear links between the company’s actions and the selected ethical frameworks.

Acceptance criteria
• Critical comparison of the firm’s conduct with at least the three stated concepts (white-collar crime, ethical leadership, CSR) and any additional theory you find pertinent.
• Original research synthesised into a coherent argument rather than a mere narrative of events.
• Proper citations in APA format.

You are free to choose the company, provided its ethical lapses are well documented in reputable sources, and you’re comfortable making a rigorous, concept-driven evaluation.

I have attached the guidelines.
