Confirmis Part-time Litigation & Media Researcher (Kazakhstan)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• The researcher will conduct research to identify all available state (provincial) and national litigation sources (court database);
• The researcher will conduct research to identify all available state (provincial) and national bankruptcy and insolvency sources (court database);
• Conduct research on the provided individual in all litigation sources in both native language and English;
• Conduct research on the provided individual in all bankruptcy and insolvency sources in both native language and English;
• Conduct research on the provided individual in all local and national news media in both native language and English.
• Example of worthy and relevant news:
o Court (legal) actions (either as plaintiff and/or defendant)
o Bankruptcy/Insolvency announcement/court judgments
o Significant news on the individual as well as related family members

SKILLSETS:
• Must be a native of Kazakhstan
• Experienced in internet research, related to local law;
• Experienced in Pre-employment background checks, legal checks or HR is a plus
• Strong in both local and English language proficiency
