Comprehensive Property Ownership Research

We're in need of a diligent researcher who can obtain detailed information on both residential and commercial property owners on an ongoing basis.
The main requirement of this project is to:
- Collect the contact information of the property owners. Cell numbers and email addresses are ideal.
Your tasks would include:
- Researching on average 3-5 properties per week. Each search will take approximately 30 minutes.
- Use any legal and ethical means necessary to acquire this information.
Prospective freelancers are expected to have:
- Excellent research skills.
- A proven track record.
- An understanding of property data and databases would be advantageous.
