I'm seeking a dedicated podcast manager to oversee various aspects of my podcast, ensuring its smooth operation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing and Production: You will handle all aspects of audio editing and production to ensure high-quality episodes.
- Marketing and Promotion: I need someone who can strategize and implement effective marketing plans to boost our reach and listener base.
- Sourcing, Scheduling and Guest Coordination: Sourcing new guests, coordinating with guests and scheduling recording sessions will be part of your role.
Platform:
- The podcast will be uploaded primarily on Buzzsprout which then distributes on all major platforms.
Buzzsprout Specific Tasks:
- You will be responsible for uploading episodes to Buzzsprout.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in podcast management, editing, and production.
- Strong marketing and promotion skills.
- Excellent research, organizational and communication skills for guest coordination.
- Familiarity with Buzzsprout and its functionalities.
