Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively seek out potential clients looking for freelance services in various sectors. Identify their project needs and initiate contact to discuss how our company can assist in meeting those needs.
Client Handoff: Pass acquired clients to the management for further handling and project management.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of freelancing platforms and the ability to identify promising clients.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Compensation:
You will be compensated at a rate of $15 - $25 per hour for your efforts in client acquisition. Additionally, you will receive bonuses based on the profits generated from the clients you bring in. Your income will directly correlate with the number and success of the clients you acquire
