US Census Reseacher

Researcher will have expertise mining US Census data specifically around housing inventory/shortages down to the county level. This will require an in-depth understanding of the data provided by the census bureau to enable the necessary inferences to be drawn.
Researcher will be prepared to discuss research strategy with me and make suggestions/contributions to it.
