Career guidance for Singapore Graduate

Require an experienced consultant to conduct in depth assessment of a recent Singapore graduate and provide a report and recommend career pathways. Graduate is a Singapore PR. Can be done via zoom. However it is a must that the consultant be in Singapore and can assist with local conditions. Graduate is 28 and has a few work experiences, however, seeks analytical assistance, analysis and perhaps mentoring in respect to career pathway. Consultant should be in Singapore. Must have worked with Graduates before and expats.
