I am seeking a highly proactive and skilled career agent with expertise in the technology sector, specifically in iOS/Android Mobile Development and .NET/MAUI fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and understanding of these specific markets, and a proven track record in actively engaging with recruiters and job platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to recruiters and utilize job boards to identify relevant opportunities in iOS/Android Mobile Development and .NET/MAUI.
- Customize and submit resume to targeted job listings, ensuring the application is well-aligned with the job requirements.
- Efficiently schedule initial interviews and act as the first point of contact for recruiters, handling preliminary queries and coordination.
Essential Qualifications:
- Deep understanding and proven network within the iOS/Android Mobile Development and .NET/MAUI job markets.
- Experience in proactive job searching, resume customization, and recruiter engagement.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple job applications and coordinate interview schedules.
- Based in the United States (any timezone) with a U.S. phone number.
Compensation:
The career agent will be compensated with a percentage of first year's salary from a successfully secured contract. The percentage will be 10-20% of the first year's salary (or an hourly equivalent), based on our agreement and the complexity of the job search.
