We’re Reboot Online — a leading UK digital marketing agency known for pushing boundaries and blending data, creativity, and now... AI. We’re forming a brand-new AI & LLM Guild made up of freelance experts to drive forward-thinking experiments, research, product innovation, and thought leadership.
This is your chance to shape something new from the ground up. We're building a small, highly capable crew (3 max to start with) of AI and LLM enthusiasts — people who live and breathe machine learning, large language models, and the future of intelligent tech.
What You’ll Be Doing
? Running AI Experiments – small and large scale tests exploring the intersection of LLMs and digital marketing (SEO, content, digital PR, automation, etc.).
? Creating Thought Leadership – articles, research writeups, and LinkedIn content that position Reboot as a serious player in AI x marketing.
? Building AI Tools & Products – design and develop innovative AI/LLM-powered tools that solve real-world problems for our clients and internal teams. We want builders, tinkerers, and people who can make useful stuff.
? Fine-Tuning & Prompt Engineering – refine LLM behavior, experiment with embeddings, RAG pipelines, or agent workflows.
? Collaborating – work with Reboot’s leadership and wider team to bounce ideas, build fast, test often, and evolve your output.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven AI/LLM Experience – you’ve built, fine-tuned, or deployed LLMs. You can speak HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI API, embeddings, and retrieval like it’s your second language.
Tool Creators & Product Thinkers – you've built or want to build intelligent tools, not just write prompts. Bonus if you’ve launched anything used by others.
Portfolio or Proof – whether it’s GitHub projects, tools, case studies, or written content — we want to see your curiosity and capability in action.
Tinkerers & Thinkers – this is for people who love to break stuff, try new things, test limits, and explore what’s possible.
Good Vibes & Collaboration – we’re remote, fast-moving, and friendly. Bring your brain and your energy.
