I'm seeking professionals to apply the COTIPP framework to identify and address occupational needs for adults. The project emphasizes interprofessional collaboration among occupational therapists, social workers, and healthcare providers in Aotearoa.
Key Tasks Include:
- Identifying occupational needs in physical health, mental health, and community participation.
- Setting goals and designing tailored interventions.
- Conducting a group session.
- Developing a graded/adapted task.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with COTIPP or similar frameworks.
- Strong background in occupational therapy, social work, or healthcare.
- Expertise in working with adults in diverse health contexts.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Culturally responsive care experience in Aotearoa.
