CEO Thought-Leadership Ghostwriter Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I partner with a portfolio of CEOs who rely on me to turn their raw expertise into polished assets that attract leads and cement authority. To keep up with demand, I’m looking for a freelance writer who can own three core deliverables on a rolling basis:
• White papers
• E-books
• Regular blog posts
The voice we use is always conversational and engaging—never stuffy—yet still carries the weight of serious business insight. You’ll be taking detailed angle briefs, interview transcripts, and scattered research links and turning them into clear, compelling narratives that feel effortless to read while still passing expert scrutiny.
For white papers and e-books, depth is critical: each piece must present original analysis, cite credible sources, and guide the reader toward a decisive next step without slipping into overt sales copy. Blog posts should echo the same thought-leadership tone but with punchier hooks and SEO-savvy structure.
What will make you a great fit:
• Proven ghostwriting experience for executives or B2B brands
• Ability to digest complex industry material (tech, finance, manufacturing and beyond) and translate it into plain-language insights
• Impeccable research skills, including attribution of data and quotes
• Commitment to meeting mutually agreed deadlines and to revising copy until it sounds like it came straight from the CEO’s desk
Typical workflow:
1. Receive brief and research assets
2. Conduct quick alignment call or send clarifying questions
3. Submit outline for approval
4. Draft, revise, finalize
If you’ve authored white papers or long-form content that quietly carries someone else’s byline, I’d love to see it (even if redacted). Let’s create material that positions our clients as the go-to authorities in their fields.
