CEO Contact List Research

I am working with a spreadsheet of 164 North-American firms operating in commercial and industrial laundry as well as grease-trap cleaning and pumping services. For each parent company on that list I need you to identify the current chief executive (or owner) and capture three datapoints:

1. Full name and title
2. Verified business email
3. Personal LinkedIn profile URL

Please rely on reputable sources—official websites, LinkedIn, trade publications, SEC filings, Hunter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar—to ensure accuracy, and verify that the person actually leads the parent entity rather than a subsidiary.

Deliverable: a clean, deduplicated spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing one row per company and the three columns above, plus an evidence/source column for quick fact-checking. I will consider the job complete when at least 90 % of the rows contain valid email addresses and every LinkedIn link opens to an active profile that matches the individual’s name and company.
