Personal assistant/ with financial analysis experience wanted.
I am looking to hire a person to search for an established business for sale on multiple business selling websites.
The person must have communication skills and experience to review financials and business information.
Contact the business seller’s broker to sign NDA to release information about the business on my behalf.
Must be able to review confidential business information such as P&L, Balance Sheet—the Seller income tax return.
Must be able to watch the new business listing and contact the business broker immediately; usually, the business broker will answer quickly, but sometimes you need to follow up with phone calls and emails.
Must be consistent with communication with a business broker and me.
I will train the person on what needs to look for in business.
