We are in need of super qualified I'm seeking a skilled virtual assistant to provide both operational support and business development assistance for my company. Our company is a translation agency and we are looking for someone who already has experience with a transition agency or has a strong desire to become an SME (subject matter expert) in interpreting and translation agency management.
Key Tasks:
- Data entry and research: Assist in organizing and inputting data into our systems. Research on various topics to support business decisions.
- SOP Development: Help in developing procedures, growth plans, and policies.
- Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research on our competitors, providing insights for business strategy.
Expectations:
- I require your support for more than 30-40 hours per week.
- Your primary goal will be to help in improving operational efficiency, ensuring that our processes are streamlined and effective.
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities for data handling and research
- Experience with developing SOPs and growth plans
- Previous work in a business development role - Experience in competitor research
