Objective

I am looking for an experienced researcher / virtual assistant to compile a high-quality, reliable list of leading transport, logistics, and courier companies.
This is not a generic directory scrape — the focus is on established, reputable, and active companies with proven market presence.

Scope of Work

Primary market: Netherlands

Initial batch: 50–100 companies

Optional expansion: Belgium and Germany (future phases)

The list should include a mix of:

Transport companies (national & international)

Logistics service providers (warehousing, fulfilment, 3PL)

Courier companies (B2B, same-day, express, last-mile)

Optional niches: pallet distribution, ADR, temperature-controlled transport, e-commerce fulfilment

Definition of “Leading Companies”

Companies must meet multiple of the following criteria:

10+ customer reviews (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, etc.) or clear industry reputation

Professional, active website

Clearly defined services

Operating actively in the target country

No outdated, inactive, or “shell” companies

Required Data Fields (Excel / Google Sheets)

Each company must include the following columns:

Company name

Category (Transport / Logistics / Courier / Fulfilment / etc.)

Short description (1 sentence)

Country + City (main office or HQ)

Website URL

Contact page URL

General email address (info@ / sales@ / contact@)

Phone number

Review platform + review link

Number of reviews

Average rating (e.g. 4.6)

Source of verification (Google Maps, LinkedIn, industry association, etc.)

Notes (e.g. “strong in last-mile”, “ADR specialist”, “3PL warehouse”)

Research Expectations

Use multiple sources: Google Maps, Trustpilot, LinkedIn, industry lists, company websites, associations

Remove duplicates and verify accuracy

Ensure all links work and contact details are valid

Avoid low-quality directories or automated scraping without validation

Deliverables

One Excel or Google Sheets file

Clean, structured, and CRM-ready

Consistent formatting (clickable URLs, international phone format where possible)

Quality Control

I will manually review a random sample (15–20 companies)

Errors, dead links, or duplicates must be corrected at no extra cost
