Book for organization and ADHD
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My project aims to create a useful and informative book to help adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in their daily lives. This book will be focused on providing practical strategies and tips for dealing with the realities of adult life with ADHD. The goal is to provide readers with powerful tools to help them efficiently manage their lives, while also inspiring and motivating them to achieve their goals.
The target audience of this book is adults with ADHD, who might be facing difficulties in a wide variety of areas such as: organization and multitasking; prioritizing; job performance; handling stress; and managing emotions.
The book is designed to be short and concise, with a total length of less than 100 pages. Research and personal anecdotes will be extensively used to make sure that the content is accessible and covers a broad range of experiences.
This book should be useful for all adults who need extra help organizing and improving their day-to-day lives. By providing useful strategies and tips, the goal is to give readers the tools they need to succeed and confidently reach their goals.
