I need a reliable freelancer in Berlin to confirm a job applicant’s residential address. This is an address-verification check only, and it must be carried out through an in-person visit.
You will receive the exact address and a brief questionnaire. During the visit, introduce yourself, speak with either a neighbour or the landlord, and gather the requested details. A few clear exterior photos showing the building and street number are also required.
Deliverables • A concise written report (PDF or Word) summarising the interviewee’s responses and your observations • 2–3 timestamped exterior photos of the property
