Benacmark for the Operating Model of Healthcare Attaches in Embassies

A benchmark of the Operating model of health attaches in embassies is required. We need the operating model for 4 attaches (org structure and processes). The project concentrates also on the governance followed for these attaches with health care agencies and providers in the host country and their relations with the original country.
