EV Battery Factory Research
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Market data and development cost research related to currently planned or recently (within 24 months) completed EV (electric vehicle) battery assembly plants located in the United States.
The successful researcher will need to provide a presentation quality report covering:
1. Outlines for planned and recently completed battery factory projects specific to the EV market, for 5 or more locations in the United States including owner, location, architect, size, capacity, cost, duration, etc.
2. Include available summary of budget cost information for each development including total value, and subtotals for utility infrastructure, civil works, building, finishes, MEP, data network, security, factory equipment, furnishings, etc.
3. Provide available research on timelines, schedules and programs for battery factories of approximately 2.5 million sqft. or larger.
4. Identify similar large scale high tech factory developments in the US and provide any available information about owners, designers, contractors, size, production capacity, cost, schedule, industry, etc.
Sources of the information for research and reporting will be up to the successful candidate but could include public records, electronic data, news media, private and public sources, etc.
The duration of the research and report should be limited to whatever can be collected, organized and reported within 1 week.
The successful candidate would be assigned immediately depending on the researcher’s availability.
