I am seeking a U.S.-based expert in gender studies, public health, anthropology, social work, or a closely related field to provide an expert opinion letter in support of my EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petition.

Purpose:
The letter will serve as a key document to demonstrate my qualifications, expertise, and contributions in the area of gender-based violence prevention and trauma-informed community education, supporting my EB-2 NIW petition.

Content Requirements:

Comprehensive and well-researched
Directly related to my expertise in gender-based violence prevention, trauma-informed care, and community-level advocacy
Demonstrates the national importance of my work and its alignment with federal priorities such as the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality
Includes references to published material, peer-reviewed research, and/or U.S. policy documents or data to strengthen the case

Expert Credentials:
The expert must be currently residing in the United States and hold an advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline. Previous experience drafting expert opinion letters for immigration petitions, especially EB-2 NIW, is required.

Ideal Candidate:

U.S.-based academic or professional with expertise in gender studies, public health, sociology, or related fields
Experience in legal or expert writing, particularly for EB-2 NIW cases
Familiarity with USCIS standards and the Matter of Dhanasar framework
Strong ability to analyze and present complex work in a concise, policy-relevant format
