Scope
• Contact the issuing university or authorised body, independently confirm that the stated Bachelor’s degree exists, matches the candidate’s name, major, dates of attendance, and graduation status.
• Obtain written or officially stamped confirmation (email from registrar, verification letter, or similar document) that can be shared with my HR team.
• Document every step so the audit trail is clear—names, titles, phone numbers or email addresses of officials spoken to, date/time of contact, and any reference numbers provided.
Acceptance Criteria
1. A clear verification report in English (PDF) summarising findings.
2. A copy or scan of the official confirmation from the institution.
3. All deliverables submitted within five calendar days of project start.
