Australian Exploration Licence Application Support

Job ID: 40301163

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

I’m preparing an application for a new mining exploration licence in Australia and want a specialist to step in for the research-heavy and paperwork-intensive stages. Your main focus will be twofold:

— Research & documentation
 • Draft a compliant Exploration Plan that clearly sets out the proposed program of work, schedules and budgets, including the required Mineral Resource Estimates.
 • Prepare a concise yet persuasive Financial Capability Statement that demonstrates our funding capacity to regulators.

— Form completion
 • Populate every relevant state and federal application form accurately, using the information you have compiled above and any additional details I supply.

I will supply any legacy data, previous drill-hole logs and corporate financials on request. You will source and cite the latest Australian legislation, codes (JORC 2012), and departmental guidelines to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Deliverables (submit as individual, editable files):
 1. Final Exploration Plan (Word + PDF) with integrated Mineral Resource Estimate tables.
 2. Financial Capability Statement (Word + PDF).
 3. Completed application forms ready for my signature and upload.

Acceptance criteria:
 • Documents meet state/territory formatting standards.
 • Mineral Resource Estimate follows JORC reporting style.
 • Zero outstanding information requests on first departmental review.

If you have experience navigating the Australian exploration licensing process, particularly for greenfield projects, I’d love to see examples of past work.
