Job Title: Research & Documentation Assistant – Article Collection and PDF Compilation

Project Description:
I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help collect, organize, and convert research materials into PDF format. I will provide a list of 132 reference links (URLs, article titles, and other citations). Your job will be to:

Visit each URL or locate the exact article/document online.

Download or capture the full text of the document.

Save each document as a clean, readable PDF (no screenshots, no watermarks).

Name and organize all files according to a provided reference list or numbering system.

Deliverables:

One organized folder of PDFs, corresponding to my list of references.

Each file clearly labeled (e.g., “Reference_01 – Author – Year.pdf”).

A simple index (spreadsheet or Word table) listing each reference with a note confirming whether the document was successfully retrieved.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow citation-style reference lists.

Proficiency in online research and document retrieval.

Experience creating and formatting PDFs.

Good written English and organizational skills.

Preferred but not required:

Familiarity with academic or technical research.

Background in data entry, research assistance, or virtual assistance.
