Archive research Paul Cezanne

I require someone in Paris France to physically go into the National Museum Archives and search through boxes and obtain a file on a painting completed and recorded by the artist Paul Cezanne. The file registration number is B861 XX C11 719. This file is not available online, someone in Paris would physically have to go into the building and obtain it. The painting was either recorded at the end of 1861 or in 1862.
The XX stands for X series Xposition. B861 holds records of artworks registered between 1860 to 1864.
I do not know what the C11 stands for.
The number 719 is also on the back of the painting.

The attachments are a picture of the painting, a picture of the faded seal, an enlarged image of the faded registration seal, and the stamp on the back of the Cezanne painting. Cezanne himself purchased this canvas when it was blank, and the frame from Banchet between April to September 1861. Started painting this painting on October 11 and completed it November 16th 1861.
Will pay the freelancer a bonus of 1 million euros once found from the sale of the painting.
