Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Specifics: We are raising 100 million for a debt fund. These monies will be used to fund rehab projects as well as construction projects that range from 5 to 15 million in total size. The goal of this research project is to scan these markets specifically for apartments to determine the following:
1. How many total apartments are there that fit this size, which are 10 years old and even older?
2. What are the demand numbers for rehab, and construction, in these markets? Meaning what is the net migration and demand for apartment units?
3. What is the average rent for this size of projects?
4. What are the affordability statistic numbers?
5. How many units are coming online presently and in the pipeline?
6. What are the vacancy rates now and for the last 5 years? Are there any forecasts of vacancy in the next few years?
7. How many renter occupied units are there in both markets?
I am very open to any other ideas of how to make some robust data for our pitch deck presentation.
