Anthropological Study on Luxury Consumption

Job ID: 38107580

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I am embarking on an anthropological study that centers on the consumption of luxury items by consumers. The fundamental goal of this project is to delve deep into the ways that individuals experience luxury. I have identified three key aspects of luxury consumption that I am particularly interested in exploring, namely:

- Brand Perception
- Experiential Value
- Social Status

To gather the necessary data for this study, I am planning to primarily utilize the following methods:

- Interviews: In-depth, conversational discussions with participants to understand their personal experiences and perceptions of luxury.
- Observations: Directly observing how participants engage with luxury items in their daily lives or in specific scenarios to gain insights into their behavior and preferences.

My ideal freelancer for this project would be someone with a background in anthropology and experience in qualitative research, particularly in consumer behavior and luxury studies. Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to make nuanced observations will be crucial for the success of this study.
