Alanya survey visit the place

My project is to survey a specific location – Alanya – and provide information. I have the address of the property that I would like evaluated. I am looking for an ordinary freelancer to visit two locations shown on a map and follow instructions to transfer the information from the first location to the other one. I am open to any ideas or techniques which could help give me the results.
