Airbnb analysis
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to analyze my 3 x Airbnbs. I have a house, apartment & combined of the 2 that sleeps up to 12 in Broome, Western Australia. Specifically, I need to know what my successful competition is charging and What I should be charging throughout the year. Along with anything else that I should fix or change to get more bookings.
The successful freelancer should have experience in analyzing Airbnb pricing and be able to provide detailed project proposals with relevant past work and successful case studies. The analysis should factor in local market conditions, demand trends and seasonality. If they can also help with anything else i need to change in order to get more bookings. BOOKINGS IS WHAT I NEED.
