I'm looking for a telecaller who can assist me in finding a 1-bedroom apartment in Dubai. Your Task will involve:
1. Searching for available apartments that suit my requirements.
2. Contacting real estate agents or directly communicating with apartment owners.
3. Providing me with a detailed report with available options.
You should be fluent in English and Arabic, have good negotiation skills, and a good knowledge of the housing market in Dubai. Real-estate experience would be a beneficial addition. The ideal candidate is someone who has done similar tasks before or is located in Dubai.
In addition to this, I would also require assistance in finding suitable indian schools in the vicinity. So experience in educational consulting or having knowledge about the local school system would be an added advantage.
