writing a legal paper

These are the requirements for the project for a legal paper .
What I am looking for is:
1. Understanding the topic and the outline perfectly - the topic in law so if you write in business or economic the work will be rejected-.
2. writing about the topic by following the outline.
3. Everything has to be cited – anything that is not cited correctly will be rejected-.
4. The resources have to be books or articles that were published in Law journals.
5. you have to provide me a copy of all the resources that you used in PDF.
6. you have to cover all the information and point for each part of the outline regarding to the outline.
7- the writhing methodology should be analytical deductive.
8. it has to be at least 26 pages not including the cover and the references.
9. it has to be in size 12, 1.5 space, 1 inch.
10- the citation has to be in APA format with mentioning all the information related to the resource especially the page number.
11. You have to deliver the work in the time that we agreed about so if you are late I have the right to cancel it without paying anything.
12. when you deliver the work, I will have 5 days to check it and get back to you for any comment -so the payment wont be released until I accept the work 100% -.
