write literature review, methodology and do arena simulation

Brief description of the project: A process that fills detergents inside gallons (process is attached in a word file)
the project is divided into 2 parts (part 1 should be delivered in one week from now and part2 in 3-4 weeks)

Part1 : abstract, introduction, literature review and introduction for the methodology (literature review is about looking for case studies, scientific papers, both talking about problems similar to the one we are working on and discussing tools that we will be using, review each reference with few sentences and document the source that you use)
also this part should include the following: current value stream map, flowchart for the process, areas of improvement and enhancement, process map.

part 2 : Arena simulation with animation, also writing a report continuing the methodology introduction in part 1 that includes:
Implementation, that will include the simulation model (the as is model and to be model) and the new value stream map for the process after improvement. Please note that i need scenarios on the simulation model, that will lead to the improvement and solving the bottle necks that you find in the process, and I need ANIMATION as well, and at the end include them in the report.
conclusion then will be written that will include recommendations based on the simulation model
- References should be included for the whole report.
- report should include 22 pages with 5k words ( this report is considered to be a continuation of the report in part 1)
