hi, i want full expert in power bi to show the milestones on the existing s-curve

I am looking for a full expert in Power BI who can help me show milestones on an existing S-curve. The purpose of showing these milestones is to track the progress of my project.

The data that will be used to generate the S-curve is the project budget.
