T-sne and its application in industry
Budget: $10 – $20 NZD
Go through the Guidelines:
I want you to write the state of the art on T-sne and its application in industry. All sources must come from IEEE explore.
Link: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp
The text must be academic/scholarly and at least 1000 words. Please use at least 10 sources and indicate which text belongs to which source and on which page it can be found and if possible underline the text in the source.
The purpose of this paper is to develop the quality of welding in production and use T-sne to represent and study the variables and find a way to improve the quality of welding using this model.
I will give a brief summary of what we are studying to help you understand the task.
Mr. Schulze from WeldAG company has observed occasional quality assurance problems with their welding connections. The WeldAG company's operations are already exemplary in terms of digitization and they can provide the dataset "qualpred_welding.zip" for analysis. To familiarize you with the technical background and explain the contents of the datasets, the following tasks need to be completed:
Analysis of the technical use case
Derivation of a data mining task
Data acquisition and exploration
Data preparation
Model building
Evaluation
Dataset:
Welding voltage (all values for each waveform)
Electrode force
Welding current
Electrode displacement upward
Electrode displacement downward
Exp_ID (unique ID of the experiments)
Maximum diameter of the weld bead
Task:
In this project, a large number of welds (specifically, resistance spot welding) were carried out to determine the lifespan of the electrode caps. The quality of a weld is determined by the weld bead. Testing the weld bead is very time-consuming, even for a simple measurement such as the maximum diameter of the weld bead.
During the experiments, various parameters were measured, including the current waveform. The goal of the project is to relieve the burden of manual testing by predicting the quality of the weld based on the measured parameters. Your task is to develop a prediction model that predicts the maximum diameter of the weld bead ("max_diameter").
Whoever have expertise can bid here. No time waster.
Deadline 2 days
Thank you
