A scientific review on cochlear implants
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Urgent: You have to produce a publication-quality scientific review paper. The topic is "Cochlear Implants". You are given freedom on what to write.
Format: Font: Arial 12, 2000-3000 words, 1-2 figures and/or tables, more than 10 references cited in APA 7 format. It should be in two columns (examples given below).

Introduction: 2-3 small paragraphs (10% of the review)
Body: Body of the review with subheadings to break up sections (80% of the text +1-2 figuresand/or tables)
Conclusions: 1-2 paragraphs
Structure can follow a basic outline such as:
- Start with the motivation. Why care about this topic?
- Introduce specific problem/question you will focus on within this topic.
- Explore the problem/question. This will be the bulk of the content of your mini-review
- Summarize what we have learnt by analysing the literature.
-Conclude with a unique perspective or opinion based on what you have learnt.
In this review, you have to write about the different types of hearing loss and what type of hearing loss requires cochlear implants.
- mention the main causes of hearing loss
- give a brief history of cochlear implants and how are they implanted inside a human ear
- you can compare them with hearing aids aswell.
