research about ownership structure and financial stability
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
research about previous studies of ownership structure and financial stability (2 pages that summarise the relationship between the two topics) and previous studies of risk committee and cost of dept and relationship between the two topics (2 pages). also, a page that differentiate between islamic banks and conventional banks that explain previous relationships of previous topics ( ownership structure and financial stability and risk committee and cost of dept ).
also, data collection of Saudi banks for the period of 2015-2020 of the following data : ( the existence of risk committee - risk committee size - number of meetings of risk committee - percentage of independent members of risk committee - the number of members who specialize in the field of finance or accounting)
the attached file is a study of my work that did not satisfied my doctor and ask me to write again
here is his comments about my work:
1- previous studies for the first part (owner ship and financial stability ) does not reflect what the study entails to explore. The studies should cover a brief explanation of the ownership structure and a brief explanation of financial stability, then studies showing how to link the two elements.
2- Most of what was written in the first part is copying and pasting from other research and has not been reformulated
3- The second part has the same problem, and there is no link between the risk committee and the cost of debts (the part should reflect all the research related to the risk committee and the cost of debts) all that was done in the second part is copying and pasting
4- The last part, which explains the differences between Islamic and conventional banks, is all copied from a PhD thesis and has not been paraphrased.
