Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements.
Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social networks.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests.
Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Create and manage job postings on various job boards and our website.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and other talent pipelines.
Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate and extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen eye for identifying top talent.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
