psychological stressdiagnostics at work

I need to write 30 pages, a review about psychological stressdiagnsotics. Short introduction: definition stress, stressors, stressreactions, stress management. then the importance of psych. stressdiagnostics - at work. Then the methods of detection of stressors, stressreactions and stressmanagement and then i should write a bit more about 2 methods. 1 should be a self questionnaire and the other a fremdbeurteilung. After that in the discussion part i should build a bridge to the salutogenesis.
