organize an appellate brief

I have a brief that is 53 pages that needs to be trimmed down to 35 and there is redundancy and needs clarity and organization. I also have a 100 page transcript from a court hearing that needs to read with me to determine the key points.

I have the ruing from the lower court, that the appeal brief is arguing against and an example of a successful appellate brief on following the proper format. Also a Foreward - Need someone with paralegal skills.
