The paper should include an in-depth exploration of an ethnic ecology/group (i.e., Asian, Hispanic, Native American, Persons of Mixed Ethnicity, etcetera) differing from the African American ethnicity. This portion of the paper should include how the student would approach working with someone of the ethnicity chosen for the paper. Be sure to be intentional, informed, and integrated in the support of various rationales. At least a total 10 references should be used in the paper to support positions.
