PROJECT: The best way to make sure a business has the best chance to succeed is to not fall into the same abyss that other businesses fell into. Your semester's project will require you to select or "adopt" a failing or failed business. You will have to tell me the who, what, when and why of that buisiness and why (with actual data) it was in danger and/or ultimately failed. You will then sit back and think as if you were in the position of the decisionmaker. What would you would have done differently? How would you have saved it?
