I need a speech writer

I have to present an award for outstanding leadership to our CEO. Great guy. He started off as a part time employee as a teenager and worked his way up to being our president/CEO of a enterprise. Because he worked his way up he fully supports my company with developing future leaders as well as not micromanaging all aspects of the company. He is just a regular guy that will come to see how people are doing in their cubicles.

The speech only has to be 1-3 mins, not long at all.
