I need someone who can effectively summarize my ideas and expereance into a proposal for my company

As amsomeone with high functioning Autism I am looking for someone to help me effectively summarize my ideas, experience and research into a well written and concise proposal. This proposal is intended to change the current way in which new employees are supported in the workplace. Its target audiences are HR and managers, so the proposal must be able to communicate to their specialized interests. On top of that, the proposal must be concise and no longer than 2 pages in length. I'm seeking help so I can protect others from expereancing the abuse And trama i expereanced as a new employee.
