I need someone to help me make a pitch and organize my project.

I want to basically find sponsors for my idea, That means I will have to have a really good pitch, research team and organization. I've always been thinking about people that travel around the world having their own reasons like documenting food, cuisine, history, culture. But is there anyone that explores the accessibility of those countries? I would want to put myself to the test and travel around the world figuring out how much it is made for people like me, people with disabilities.
